Requirements to Applicant:

• Education (speciality, qualifications)

• Higher legal education in leading universities,
• Second higher economic education,
• MBA is welcomed.  

• Relevant professional experience

• work experience at least 10 years in the specialty, at least 3 years in the civil service,

• Knowledge language (which proficiency)

Russian – fluently

English – fluently

Kazakh – fluently

• Computer skills

Advanced user: Microsoft Office, work with databases. 

• Other requirements

Knowledge of :

1. Normative legal acts of Republic of Kazakhstan, including, but not limited:
2.  the Constitution of Republic of Kazakhstan,
3. Codes of subsoil and subsoil use,
4. About administrative offences,
5. Land, Civil, Criminal, Environmental, Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedures of the Republic of Kazakhstan  
6. Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On partnerships with limited and additional liability", “On architectural, town-planning activities”, “On civil protection”,
7. Norms and principles of corporate governance, as well as, subsidiary legislation adopted to implement the above codes and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Strong analytical abilities;
• The ability clearly and competently present the work results in both written and oral form.
